Cloakroom

On presenting your ticket to the Gallery, you can leave your belongings for free at the cloakrooms on Levels 0 and -3. For hygiene and safety reasons, animals, food, drinks, and plants are not allowed.

Wheelchairs, seat sticks and mobility scooters are also available on loan.

If you prefer, lockers are available on Level 0. They operate with a €1 coin, which is returned when you collect your belongings.

Please note that items over 40 x 40 cm (bags, umbrellas, sharp objects, etc.) must be left in the cloakrooms or lockers.

Audioguide

We offer an audioguide rental service at the information counters on Levels 0 and -3. It is available in 16 languages and in two formats:

• Rental audioguide: we’ll provide you with a device to use during your visit.
• Digital audioguide: download our app on your own device and enter your ticket number (you’ll find it in your confirmation email).

  • iOS: Royal Collections Gallery

If you choose the digital format, please bring your own headphones and make sure your device is fully charged.
Don’t forget—we also offer free Wi-Fi: look for the GCCRR network!

Visiting with a baby?

We have a lactation room on Level -3. Please, ask our staff for access.

Besides, all toilets on the exhibition levels are also equipped with baby changing stations.

Comfort

Folding seats are available near the entrances to Levels -1 (Habsburgs) and -2 (Bourbons) to help make your visit more comfortable.

Rest areas are also available on all levels, as well as on the ramp landings.
