From today onwards, Patrimonio Nacional is placing on display one of the chests of drawers from Charles III's secret office at the Royal Palace in Madrid. The institution has recovered and restored the item so it may be exhibited at the Royal Collections Gallery. This item of furniture, designed by Mattia Gasparini and manufactured by José Canops, is the first exhibit of the Gallery's inaugural exhibition to be officially presented.
